Born and raised in Peterborough ON, Grant was exposed to real estate at a young age by his father, Robert Gibson, custom home builder and fellow realtor. Being influenced with this hard working ethic and real estate interest , Grant decided to devote himself to learning as much about the Real Estate industry as possible. With seemingly endless hours, many courses and years of experience Grant has now invested almost 20 years into his profession. With this dedication we can proudly say he has now become one of the top realtors in our area.
Over the years, Grant has listed and sold countless residential homes, developed strong relationships with multiple new home builders and has built a dominant presence in commercial real estate.
Contributing to Grants success in the commercial industry, he was able to obtain his CCIM candidacy and is also a member of the Canadian Commercial Council.
